Responsibilities

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
  • Acting as a liaison throughout the recruitment process - building close relationships with both client and candidate to create a smooth recruitment process!
  • Actively manage and negotiate the offer process from beginning to end between the candidates and the clients.
  • Assist the sales team in mapping a candidate pool in response to client s hiring
  • Requirements
  • Proactively promote Parallel Consulting s business and services to all contacts
  • Actively calling clients to build client relationships and obtain new job orders.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with clients.
  • Build our client database to grow our markets while capturing all activities.
  • Perform proactive research within our niche marketplace to enrich up-to-date knowledge on industry trends for clients and candidates.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, client facing corporate development, partnership development or related role
  • Must have worked in recruiting/staffing environment
