Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is part of BHLDNs digital marketing team supporting all paid web marketing initiatives including paid search, remarketing, paid social and affiliates. Teamwork, innovation, organization, analysis and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this positions responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Run Paid Search (shopping), Affiliate, Social and Display programs with the goals of maximizing revenue, optimal ROAS, and customer acquisition
  • Manage agency relationships, budgets and invoicing
  • Creation and launch of ads across social and prospecting channels
  • Communicate and collaborate with the web merchandising and marketing teams regularly for all promotions and product trends to ensure full campaign coverage
  • Develop testing strategies for ad copy, location, segmentation, etc. and deliver results
  • Monitor industry trends in relation to our current product assortment to ensure optimal launch timing for trend campaigns
  • Identify best practices and processes for optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with web development teams to ensure product feeds are optimized
  • Research emerging marketing opportunities and trends
  • Support brand marketing and events outside of ecommerce scope, when necessary
  • Compile and analyze channel performance data and metrics
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports of all campaign performance
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paid search marketing preferably with an agency or retail- based ecommerce company
  • Strong analytic and business acumen; Ability to compile marketing performance reports
  • Comprehensive experience with the most relevant marketing technology, including but not limited to AdWords, SA360, Doubleclick Search
  • Strong understanding of emerging mobile display ad formats, technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
  • Proactive work ethic; strong people skills; positive attitude; professional conduct
  • Education

    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
