Senior Divisional Director of Business Development Behavioral Health
Universal Health Services Behavioral Health Division is currently seeking a seeking an experienced Senior Divisional Director of Business Development. This will be a regional role that requires extensive travel to various UHS Hospital Markets Nationwide.
The successful Senior Divisional Director of Business Development Behavioral Health:
Leads Sales Development and Managed Care functions within assigned facilities. Develops and drives all Business Development strategy with the Facility CEO, RVP/VP and SVP Business Development. Oversees the DBD in Training Program and Business Development SharePoint site. Analyzes existing approaches to Business Development and implements changes where appropriate. Supervises Directors of Business Development as assigned. Reviews facility reports according to schedule, including: marketing reports, census, intake department admission summary, strategic business plan, quarterly/seasonal plans. Plans, schedules and conducts facility site visits. Prepares a detailed site visit report documenting all observations and recommendations. Communicates with the CEO and VP regarding follow up from the site visit.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree with 5-10+ years of experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
