HBO Executive Assistant provides administrative support to 2 Vice Presidents, within the Distribution Product and Partner Marketing teams.The EA will serve as an integral member of the Distribution Marketing department with daily administrative tasks.Additionally, this EA will be assist in ongoing marketing support across the various teams.

  • Provide general administrative support to VPs. Answer phones, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, prepare expense reports and general filing and organization, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule department-wide meetings and events.
  • Assist the Product and Partner Marketing teams in aspects of campaign and project management (e.g., development of presentations, photo and footage requests, routing materials through Legal etc.) video asset management, event management and tracking and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Ensure meeting arrangements are completed accurately and include all appropriate materials, conference /video call set-up and catering services if required. Ensure quality, consistency and timeliness of all meeting or event deliverables and communication.
  • Budget management including; reconcile the assigned budget lines on a monthly basis, including re-classing and shifting of funds to other projects
  • Other ad-hoc and ongoing projects as assigned.
  • Understand the business objectives of HBO and Cinemax and its affiliates by maintaining familiarity with and an understanding of the industry landscape.
    Budget Tracking
  • Knowledge of standard accounting principles at a minimum.
  • Ability to track and monitor budget spending carefully.
  • Develop close and productive working relationship with the AMA. Attend budget management meetings, fully prepared to report on current financial status of the Team budget.
