Job Summary/Overview
As a Automation Business Analyst, you ll be tasked with Analysis of existing business processes, Process improvement, Automation assessment, creating documentation including process design documents, solution design documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature description, process flows. You ll also be responsible for:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Assisting the Product Owner in leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering Automation technology.
Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for conducting Design Thinking sessions with LOB process owners to gain insights into end user and customer needs, Manages the Product Backlog for a Product, working with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements, define and manage scope and sprints for a project.
Provides operational support to practitioners. Help understand & Configure Automation Anywhere features in production and non-production environments.
Engage with various teams to resolve production issues as they arise.

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires an Associate s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience at least 1 year in Robotic Automations & process automation assessment analysis.
Strongly prefer experience with Automation Anywhere and / or Pega implementations and development
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, IFS.
Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Salesforce, etc..
Requires experience in process design and process improvement aspects
Requires advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills
Requires Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Analytical thinking and ability to improvise configuration/coding in new situations.
Advanced working knowledge process management
Ability to coordinate and work effectively with teammates, end-users and leadership
Ability to work in a virtual team environment
Basic knowledge of Lean Management and/or experience with process improvement opportunities to eliminate waste
Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to situations quickly
Experienced user of Office tools with advanced Excel proficiency
Comfort operating with autonomy and dealing with ambiguity
Project or effective time management experience to demonstrate ability to deliver timely results
Requires the ability to complete work in an acceptable timeframe, manage a variety of detailed tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. Complete all tasks with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, objectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job Requires a advanced knowledge of agile project methodology.
Ability to interact with executive management and drive communication
Experience using Automation Anywhere preferred
