Business: The Judge Group Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager (?Marketing Technologist?) Department: Marketing Summary of Position The Marketing Technology Manager reports to the SVP of Marketing and will focus on integrating, managing, maintaining, reporting and optimizing technical marketing application and programs. This person?s scopes and responsibilities will include but not be limited to: front- and back-end management of PPC and SEO programs and associated measurement and reporting , marketing automation, on-line demand generation, the official corporate website, mobile applications and other tools in the marketing technology ecosystem. The Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for managing projects that would include technical teams and cross functional business teams. This role drives marketing initiatives on a number of fronts including, process improvements, project management, performance metrics, reporting and analysis. This is a detail-oriented, deadline driven position. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Paid Search Management : Take lead role on a team that manages 3rd party search firm and in-house resources to plan and implement paid search campaigns. Report on paid search metrics using internal systems and Google analytics. Communicating progress with the marketing and leadership team. Look for constant optimizing on marketing spend and quality of leads generated for sales from paid search. Focus 20 2. Search Engine Optimization: Take lead role on a team that manages 3rd party search firm and in-house resources to plan and implement constant improvements for SEO leadership, including but not limited to on-page and back-end content and taggin, YouTube optimization, Google My Business updates. Report on paid search metrics using internal systems and Google analytics. Communicating progress with the marketing and leadership team. Look for constant optimizing to improve quality of leads generated. Focus 20% 3. Campaign Management: Work with marketing and sales to identify high priority, high impact campaign opportunities. Help define lead scoring strategy, determine best lead routing strategy, plan campaign development timeline and execution path, acting as primary coordinator for campaign development activities, organizing marketing team resources in development and holding them accountable for timelines. Campaign Execution : Work within a team environment and within Hubspot or comparable systems to develop and schedule campaigns according to agreed-upon message delivery dates and times. Data Management : Work within in-house and third-party marketing and business operating systems to better understand, refine and select data for campaign execution. Understand the different target audiences (customer and prospect) and best reach methods to maximize effectiveness. Deliver regular activity, ROI and performance reports, manage the tracking infrastructure for each program and summarize results with recommendations. Establish required data fields and segmentation for marketing database and SFDC. Reporting and Analytics : Develop and distribute weekly reports on total campaign activity and on a campaign-by-campaign basis. Work with sales and marketing to discuss findings that lead to refinement of campaigns, revisions, re-launch and measurement. Systems Integration: Manage integration of CRMs and delivery systems. Work to optimize lead generation forms on the corporate website. Use marketing delivery systems to provision landing pages for inbound lead generation activities and test their effectiveness. Focus 20% 4.CRM Optimization: Work with native and third-party CRMs and sales to enhance website, campaign, PPC and SEO integration for better/automated lead flows and assignments, sales and revenue attribution and on-going reporting and refinement. Focus 20% 5. Digital Innovation: Make data-driven decisions on improving the user experience with digitalization. Initiate, propose and develop project plans for website development/improvements, customer engagement tools, mobile applications, and more. Help to manage projects through to development, including budgeting, resource allocation, project management. Requirements: College Degree in Marketing or Business Administration 10 years marketing or sales experience Demonstrate a high degree of competence in sales and marketing processes, salesforce.com (or similar type CRM systems), online marketing programs, online advertising, search campaigns and other tactics associated with marketing campaigns. Demonstrate high levels of competence in overseeing project planning, scheduling & management. Work closely with marketing and others in business to create solutions and resolve problems. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification ideal. Demonstrate significant knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketing Automation systems, Use of Excel for reporting PC proficiency required. A high degree of comfort with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and Word. Preferred Requirements: At least 5 years of industry related experience Ability to work with people from all functions at all levels in the business in a multi-tasked fast paced environment. Work closely with marketing, sales and others in business to create solutions and resolve problems.
