* 5+ year in data analysis, evaluation, and modeling

The selected candidate will work closely with key program stakeholders to implement reporting solutions that support the progress reporting to evidence a significant enterprise program. Candidate will drive discussions with various source systems, subject matter expertise and downstream users of the systems of record to identify, define, and implement data quality controls. Candidate will work closely with the development and testing teams as well as senior leadership to ensure the appropriate analysis and deliverables are being met. Candidate partners closely with our enterprise teams to create an infrastructure and processes that adhere to standards and other regulatory mandates. The candidate will provide ongoing support for the program with regards to reporting, data usage, onboarding new users, identifying and delivering on new requirements.
* 5+ year in data analysis, evaluation, and modeling
* Expert understanding of translating business requirements to technical/design
* Ability to partner with other functional areas
* Ability to develop awareness of business function for which analysis is being designed
* Strong analytical ability, independent problem solving, and good communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast paced agile environment
* Expert knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and industry practices
* Expert understanding and experience with building and deploying enterprise applications
* Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
* Complex data filtering and interpretations of large data sets
* Excellent written, verbal and diagramming skills.
* Expertise in using PowerPoint, advanced Excel functions and Visualization and Tableau
* Experience with data quality testing
* Clearly articulate findings and presenting results
* Experience working as part of an Agile team and using Agile SDLC tools (Jira, etc.)
Nice to have:
* Experience working with big data (Splunk, Hadoop)
* Experience building/working with databases
* SQL queries
* JQL queries
* Microsoft Access
* Mathematical and Statistical knowledge
