Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Risk Reporting Data Analyst for a 6+ Month Contract at one of our top Fortune 500 companies. This position requires that the selected candidate be located in St. Louis, MO

Job Summary:

Analysis and implementation of the ERM framework and related processes

Assists with preparing the executive risk committee meeting agenda, minutes, presentation materials and ERM analysis for the executive risk committee and the Board of Directors

Helps with operational coordination of the ORSA report, CGAD, Enterprise Risk Report and other external and internal reporting, consistent with regulatory requirements and compliance

Provides input and supports risk program implementations, management and oversight including ERM risk analysis, risk assessments, risk education, monitoring, remediation, and reporting. Produces reports and presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes

Creates reports to support initiatives and programs by identifying reporting needs, developing templates for reporting; determining needed data and identifying opportunities to collect and manage the data; consolidating data and information into reports; identifying system needs to support report executive; making recommendations based on reports and feedback; and updating reporting outputs based on business needs

Documents and archives quarterly and annual risk assessment reports and maintains appropriate access. Manages compliance with retention policies

Assists with the identification of areas of potential risk to the strategic plan, operating plan, assets, earning capacity, and success of the organization. Analyzes ERM data to identify trends and material enterprise-wide risk issues. Identifies key risks and mitigating factors and conducts statistical analyses to quantify and asses risk

Supports company efforts related to social responsibility, external ESG/sustainability reporting, and other activities as assigned

Supports strategies to improve the company's ESG ratings and proposes actionable plans with appropriate measures to track results and integrate them into company business processes

Researches, benchmarks and evaluates ESG initiatives, guidance, regulations and standards. Identifies potential emerging sustainability issues

Explores opportunities to reduce the environmental impact of the company s operations and supports internal communications, such as a corporate sustainability dashboard

Assists with the development of systems and processes to monitor validity of risk modeling outputs. Implements risk-assessment models and methodologies

Works with multiple business units to gather risk and sustainability related data from internal and external resources

Maintains a repository of ERM and ESG/sustainability performance metrics, and generates reports illustrating data, text and graphics

Participates in industry groups, trade associations, and other activities as assigned that support company ERM and sustainability objectives

Tracks ERM and ESG related projects including goals, strategy, resource scheduling, timelines, and budget

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance/Accounting, Health Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or related analytical field.

3+ years of related experience with a focus on risk management, data analysis, data modeling, relational databases, and project management.

Experience on large projects involving risk, business, or financial analysis with a large company preferred.

Previous responsibility for cross-functional business analysis preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Microsoft Project, Access, VISIO, and SharePoint preferred.

License/Certification: Preferred certifications include: Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Six Sigma
