Job Description
Due to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a high quality IT professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as an IT Business Analyst at our corporate headquarters in King of Prussia, PA.
The IT Business Analyst will serve in two primary functions:
Enhance our use of technology by identifying and implementing new solutions
Supporting existing systems

Minimum Requirements and Skills:
3-6 years of IT experience in positions of increasing responsibility
Ability to understand complex technology problems and/or processes with the goal of finding a solution or teaching others
Use of various technology platforms with demonstrated understanding of them, i.e., SQL, Linux
Experience working with industrial automation, productivity tracking, or other production technology a plus
Experience managing projects
Experience with project management tools a plus
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, MIS, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in an industrial, production, or field service environment
Proven examples of process and continuous improvement
Ability to understand and analyze systems and processes quickly
Clearly communicate complex ideas to various individuals
Manage a challenging workflow of urgent questions and long-term priorities
Excellent organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs
Proficiency in project management techniques and processes
Able to quickly and independently learn new business models, processes, tools and technology, including Agile techniques.

Responsibilities:
Assist field locations with questions about plant systems including (Softrol, ltrak, IMD, Loadouts)
Report on questions and trends
Liaison between software developers and the business
Be proactive in finding a long-term solution for ongoing issues
Train, and retrain where necessary
Assist the operations team in creating training guides, refreshers, and videos
Manage installation and enhancement projects - this could include managing the rollout of a new plant feature or helping a struggling location relearn a process
Capacity to own larger projects/implementations in the future, i.e. RFID in Linen
