JOB SUMMARY
Drives results by managing initiatives that include: commercial, hotel, bulk and MDU product development and deployment, supporting ongoing management of all commercial TV platforms/products, development and maintenance of business rules and channel lineups, guide creation, process documentation, and support tools for internal teams. Reports to and partners with the Director on all Business Video initiatives, including hardware development/roadmap, lifecycle management of existing products and implementation. Assists with operational performance metrics, provides input on customer communication, and conducts competitive analysis.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Lead and works with a cross functional team through the development, implementation and launch of new products and features, including hardware and software (interactive program guides and applications).

Assist in management of product lifecycle and roadmap for digital commercial video products.

Establish credibility with internal and external team members to direct Charter Business planning and implementation, while relentlessly driving deliverable timelines.

Develop use cases, defines business rules and supports tools for operational implementation across the enterprise.

Plan and implement product deployments/upgrades in close partnership with Project Management organization and field.

Determine and monitor key performance customer experience indicators for the video product portfolio.

Drive initiatives through leadership with Advanced Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Operations, Corporate Marketing, Finance, Direct Sales and third party vendors.

Drive customer-facing product enhancements that generate increased engagement, revenue growth and market penetration for residential and commercial Video products.

Execute performance and market analysis for commercial Video products, customer care metrics, achievement of plan objectives, etc.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of and experience with legacy video platforms, including IPG, CPE, VOD and EBIF
Knowledge of broadband services, technology, and marketing
Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products, services, and competitive landscape

Education
BS/BA in business, engineering, marketing, or computer science; MBA is preferred

Related Work Experience
5 years of experience in product management and product development
High level of experience working in the cable industry
managing commercially launched products

Experience working with residential and commercial Video services
Experience with cable video architecture
Ability to respond quickly to changing market needs
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
