The Product Marketing position is part of Schneider Electric Secure Power Division Emerging Businesses organization and is specifically part of the Edge Solutions Team. This global role will focus on development and management of strategic marketing plans and marketing content in support of one of the Division s strategic initiatives (specifically solutions for the Edge).
This role will support the offer managers within the Edge solutions team and work with various functional teams across the organization. The role works collaboratively with other content and field marketers to design and deliver assets and contribute to marketing campaigns.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to create marketing content along with background knowledge of the data center industry and ability to understand our solution offers and strategy to effectively build messaging for our Edge Solutions.
-Work with offer management team to develop and manage strategic marketing plans and marketing content for our solution offers to effectively communicate key messaging to customers and partners.
-Work with business and marketing leaders to coordinate campaign plans and integrate marketing content and messaging for our solution offers that align with the company s strategic priorities and themes.
-Support launch activities for new or enhanced solution offers including content creation, interfacing with internal systems and processes, and coordinating with strategic and regional marketing teams.
-Lead marketing projects with emphasis on effective and efficient program management, measurement and analysis, budget constraints and timely execution.
-Drive improvement actions related to communication of our message for Edge Solution and engagement with customers, partners, and regional teams to contribute to boosting growth in line with our strategic priorities
-Create and edit content across a wide variety of media to support campaigns and initiatives with an emphasis on short-form written content (blogs, articles, case studies, etc.), infographics, video scripts, social media, email direct marketing copy, web copy, presentations and more.
-Build and foster relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including fellow content marketers, field marketers, marketing leaders, business leaders, clients, media and other partnerships and more.
-Communications: Position requires effective communication across written, visual, and auditory media, often involving large groups of stakeholders at varying levels of the organization and across different global geographies.
-Marketing: Position supports a fast-moving and innovative team. Understanding of content marketing principles, demand generation, social media/influencer marketing, and modern marketing techniques, technologies, and tools is critical.
-Content development: Position demands ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines from conception to completion, with ability to creatively ideate, craft compelling stories, reach audiences in innovative ways, experiment with new media and continuously improve upon prior performance.
-Project management: Position requires continual management of projects, with many projects overlapping at any given stage of development. Effective time management, process management, and self-management required for successful execution, combined with the ability to manage stakeholders and progress project objectives.
-Data Center domain expertise: Position will work closely with subject-matter experts related to Data Center solutions and offers. The ability to effectively work with these experts, translate technical information into accessible language, synthesize information, respond rapidly to changing trends and present information in a cogent, authentic and authoritative way required.
-Ability to work in dynamic international environment and manage through influence.
-Ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and work with multiple stake holder to drive actions.
-Strong team player to demonstrate leadership and achieve results.
Qualification and Experience
-Bachelor s degree. Marketing, communications, or business focus desired. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal marketing education.
-5-7 years progressive marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, with a proven record of leading and executing high-impact programs.
-Intermediate-to-advanced fluency in modern office technologies, including the full Microsoft platform of office and collaboration tools. Experience with other marketing technologies, including Canva, InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. desired.
-Fluency in social/digital media platforms, strategy, tactics and content; working knowledge of all primary communication formats and channels, including audio and video. Experience with web, new media, and graphic design a plus.
-Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed organization across a variety of geographies and cultures desired, including exposure to or experience performing in virtual environments.
