Criteo is looking for a Website Marketing Analyst to join the Website Marketing team in our New York office. The Website Marketing team plays a key role in bringing the Criteo offering to market in conjunction with channel partners across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales. You will join a growing web team and drive our website analytics discipline. The ideal candidate has a passion for website metrics, curiosity for unearthing analytic insights, and knowledge of how to interpret metrics for the betterment of user experience and online channel performance. In this dynamic role, you will manage the web team's analytics program, informing the broader department and executive stakeholders of trends, opportunities, cautions, and wins. The primary goal of this role is to help us make sense of what effect our marketing programs are having in the online channel, and specifically, identifying successful outcomes when a user visits our websites so we can both operationalize successes and improve performance and UX. What will you be doing? Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance and health of the website ecosystem with both weekly and monthly reporting/update cadence. Partner with our UX leads to advise on best practices for CTA, link strategy, page structure, and other UX considerations. Bring a strong conversion discipline to Criteo Marketing and set up KPIs, tests, and reports accordingly. Measure the success of website initiatives across MQL, UX, and program KPIs, working with our Marketing Ops and Demand Generation teams on deeper funnel views. Manage the testing/optimization and customer insight programs for and evangelize for a testing discipline across Web Marketing What do we NEED? 5-7 years of experience in a website analytics role or equivalent Intermediate to expert experience with Google Analytics Experience working on a corporate website supporting SMB Marketing stakeholders Experience managing testing & optimization programs, challenger/champion models Passion and curiosity about metrics, causality and trends, and the customer experience Ability to identify successful programs and tactics and operationalize their success Comprehension of marketing/segmentation strategy, messaging, competitive analysis Wordpress or other CMS capabilities including metadata structures Comprehension of lead waterfall models and funnel analysis Search Engine Optimization best practices, principles, current trends Experience working in Demandbase, Optimizely, and Wordpress a plus.
