The Service Excellence Operations Analyst leads process improvement work, acting as chief consultant on trends, focused improvement areas and performance against targets or benchmarks. In this capacity, the Operations Analyst analyzes data to shore up actionable opportunities to improve performance for Operational Leaders on the ideal patient experience. As a consultant to Presidents, Nurse Executives, Physician Executives, the Executive Vice President, other senior executives and leaders at all levels, they meet the client where they are at, in patient care settings, medical practices or other areas, gaining an appreciation for how the work is carried out. Using the combined advanced knowledge of information technology, healthcare/clinical data, best practices/tactics, data analysis, predictive modeling, and analytics.
The Service Excellence Operations Analyst, is responsible for project reporting and data analysis of market and customer research to identify key influences on consumer health care choice and satisfaction across diverse settings and populations. This position plays a key role in reporting findings and in identifying successes, sharing best practices and reporting trends across the Health System. They also have primary responsibility for ensuring regulatory reporting requirements are met.
This role requires strong abilities in problem solving, logical reasoning, and translating complex concepts into mathematical representations which are simple for other leaders to understand.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in computer science, business, finance, healthcare, or related field.
3+ years experience in process improvement
3+ years experience in an analytical or consulting role
Survey development and creation experience
Extensive experience working with and communicating with senior leadership, clinicians, and technical teams
Research experience and/or related coursework which includes design, methodology selection, sample management and field management of surveys
Education and or experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and methodologies.
Experience presenting to large diverse audiences
Experience working in a clinical care environment
LEAN or Six Sigma experience preferred
