If you are an outgoing and driven individual who is seeking career satisfaction with a financially stable company, join the team at MH Equipment The President of Sales sets the vision, direction, and strategy for MH Marketing and Material Handling Sales as well as the Specialist involved product lines. This position develops and supports the MH Way for the sales processes, compensation, performance, training, and management of the Sales Team. A primary responsibility is to interface and establish relationships with our external Suppliers, while implementing the MH Value Statements. The President of Sales also functions as a Corporate support resource for review and interpretation of sales related subject matter. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and define the MH Way across the Company for Sales process, compensation, performance, training, and management of the Sales Teams. Responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing other allied product opportunities across all MH locations. Communicate across the Enterprise on Sales successes, results, policy, events, educational opportunities, etc. Set the tone with external Suppliers for implementing our Value Statements with and through them in the market. Establish the highest levels of executive management engagement and communication for setting mutual expectations and goals. Develop and navigate contractual Dealership relationships for mutual benefit relative to expectations in coverage, inventory, pricing, terms, rebates, etc. Provide an internal help desk to resolve Customer issues and/or MH challenges with Suppliers. Focus on exhibiting aspects of the Dealer Difference experience while walking the talk to demonstrate what it means to be a preferred partner in the relationship. Set vision, direction, and strategy for the Specialist involved product lines. Develop the Specialist Sales plans, compensation plans, coverage, GP expectations, inventories, field interface strategies, etc. for the effective development of the opportunities available. Set the vision, direction, and strategies for Marketing including internet presence, SEO, lead generation, messaging, and branding. Interface with Suppliers for complementary marketing, co-op funding, etc. Establish vision, direction, and strategy for CRM integration, education, implementation, and expansion. Provide a Corporate resource for review, interpretation, conflict resolution, etc. for sales, marketing, CRM, Supplier, and Specialist issues. Provide guidance and direction for the vision and strategies for MH Engineered Solutions integration within the Enterprise. REQUIREMENTS: Must have extensive background and understanding of sales operations in the material handling industry. Industry knowledge and material handling background are necessary. Primary core value is integrity. Managerial and leadership skills with ability to motivate others. High energy level and passionate about their job. Ability to organize and prioritize. Confidentiality. Possible locations include MH sites across the Midwest. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to hold others accountable. Common sense and problem solving abilities. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Regular and prompt attendance Valid driver s license and proof of insurance Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. WORKING CONDITIONS: Employee is expected to work the basic work week that is required to accomplish the goals for the position. Travel is required. This position will often exceed 40 hours per week.
