Our client is seeking a Community Relations Director to contribute to the succes of their Senior Living Community.
The Community Relations Director role is crucial to the success of the community. The success of this role is through achieving, and maintaining, census goals and expectations of the community.
Census is reached through positive relationships with others on the care partner team, those who currently live in or visit the community, and members of the outside community who should be aware of the current happenings inside of your community.
As a memberof the Salesteam, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage the sales process from inquiry to move-in.
Follow the sales process guidelines as outlined in the Sales Manual including completing inquiry and pre-tour worksheets to identify needs and obstacles.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the CRM database daily.
Ensure all information is effectively communicated to the Care Partner Team to ensure a smooth transition at move-in.
Develop strategies designed to maximize inquiries and outline in quarterly Marketing Plan.
Ensure all required reports are completed fully and timely.
Conduct quarterly competitive analysis to keep abreast of the changing market and to help prepare your quarterly Marketing Plan.
Facilitate networking opportunities with professional referral sources.
The right candidate for this position must possess the following:
College Degree preferred, but will be flexible for the right candidate
Minimum five (5) years' experience in senior living sales (preferably Assisted Living and Memory Care), with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and metrics.
Experience with Business Development (External Marketing/Networking)
Ability to identify market trends
Understanding of the sales cycle, and how to build urgency
Must be competitive and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
Must be detail oriented and have effective time management skills
Must be able to work by themselves but still be part of a larger team
