Description o Develop reporting/dashboards reflecting campaign results for all channels within assigned projects. Work with staff and vendors to maximize marketing effectiveness within established profitability thresholds. o Business Intelligence analyst, provide campaign insights and recommendations to improve performance. o Identify industry best practices in reporting, attribution and consumer matching and work to integrate them into Client Acquisition analytics. o Support custom analytic projects for Client Acquisition team, interfacing with the data science, advanced analytic and IT teams when appropriate. o Create self-serve analytic tools and mentor Client Acquisition team on their use. o Manage sales attribution DataMart, identifying/implementing future measurement requirements. o Develop quality control processes that validate the accuracy and reasonableness of sales attribution DataMart. o Leverage historical response and sales data to project future performance. Support the annual planning process and quarterly forecasts. o Oversee continuous review of process improvements in campaign development, quality control, database analysis, etc. o Identify automation opportunities within Client Acquisition processing to generate time/ROI efficiencies. o Build knowledgebase of data sources across the enterprise and data dictionaries o 5+ years of strategic experience in database management and reporting o Exceptional quantitative skills - able to extrapolate information and apply to other areas o Able to understand and influence tactical details, while identifying and communicating items of primary importance o Advanced understanding of direct response tracking methodologies and sales attribution models o Advanced MS Excel, Tableau, Alteryx skills are required (SQL, Vertica and ETL knowledge beneficial) o Database management skills required, experience working various database programs, including the ability to write simple queries and extract data o Knowledge of statistical techniques, such as predictive models and significance, and how/when to apply them o Able to review large sets of data and evaluate for consistency and accuracy o Strategic thinker with experience leading department-wide projects o Ability to formalize and standardize process flows and quality control procedures o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail o Self-motivated and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities at once R5054Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
