About this role. Digital transformation in the insurance industry is happening fast and here at Haven, we are at the forefront of many of these changes. In this new role, we are looking for a Head of Coverpath Marketing Strategy to lead our advisor marketing efforts as we activate and engage with a diverse universe of advisors and brokers. This individual will play a key role in driving the successful utilization and growth of the platform.. Among other things, your responsibilities will include:. Create a multi-faceted Coverpath marketing strategy to build awareness and encourage advisor adoption and engagement. Experiment with new, innovative methods of reaching and inspiring advisor and broker populations. Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling consumer content to excite advisors and arm them with relevant action-oriented prospecting pieces.. Develop and monitor success metrics. Work with distribution team members to provide a marketing lens to all aspects of engagement and training. Collaborate with other business segments on the development of new products and services designed to increase activity and engagement. Design and implement creative incentive programs to maximize usage of the platform. Relentlessly seek to understand advisor and broker sales process and incorporate insights into marketing strategies and platform/process improvement suggestions. Collaborate effectively with MMFA home office marketing and distribution contacts. Establish and interface with a network of field marketing directors for collaboration, innovation, and implementation regarding agency marketing strategies and campaigns. Lead and develop the Coverpath marketing team. Build a strategy/plan for impactful presence at key advisor/broker events. Provide thought leadership as a key contributor to the organizations business strategy and goal setting process. Use considerable business judgment and have wide latitude in decision making, including some budgetary responsibility. What were looking for. BA/BS degree. Minimum 10+ years life insurance marketing experience, including working extensively with field leadership. Amazing communicator, both written and oral. Strong ability to dig deeper and understand underlying motivations. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated entrepreneurial ability, self-starter. Demonstrated ability to work closely with advisors at all levels, translating needs of the business into comprehensive strategic plans. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively. Ability to travel (estimated 20%). Must be able to work from our Manhattan office. Authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring sponsorship. We have a stellar team of co-workers, a really cool office, and lots of fun activities.
