This position will require that you have an Active TS/SCI clearance. In this role, you will focus on capture opportunities across our various Intelligence Community customers to meet Long Range Plan (LRP) requirements and business growth strategies. You will use your expertise to grow business and build on the history and success of Lockheed Martin while building on your career achievements. Summary of Key Duties for this position:
? You develop and maintain effective customer, teammate, and internal relationships.
? You identify, shape, and lead efforts focused on the strategic growth of the Mission Solutions portfolio.
? You identify and evaluate competitors and partners (competitive intelligence) including major competitor assessments, new/small business mentoring, and assessment of other companies' capabilities to determine how they would fit within Mission Solutions offerings.
? You collaborate with Engineering Leadership to create technology roadmaps and related Internal Research and Development (IR&D) projects to create discriminators necessary to develop new business.
? You support the integration and partnership with other Space lines of business.
? You have accountability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests.
? You work with capture teams to ensure that value proposition/value delivery systems are identified as proposal strengths. Key Metrics that will Define your Success in this Position:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. ? Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing managers, employees, and customers to maintain a sustainable working relationship.
? Experience in milestone / Executive Planning Panels (EPP) process; to include opportunity identification, developing business cases, and capture management.
? Previous experience in presenting as a Subject Matter Expert
? Previous affiliation with Intelligence Community customers.
? Ability to leverage technical and managerial relationships to assist with the identification of opportunities that align with the Mission Solutions capabilities to include Cyber, Information Technology Systems, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, and Space Ground Systems.
? Demonstrated success working with capture teams.
? Subject Matter Expertise (SME) outside of direct proposal management role, but relevant to LM programs (e.g. Project Management, Program Management, Planner experience).
? Understand and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) compliance
? Presentation skills.
? Microsoft suite including SharePoint.
