The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist focuses on inbound demand generation activities for B2B offerings across all photography market segments, including schools, church, preschool and business portraits. This role contributes to implementation of the marketing strategy and tactics to grow market share.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Write business plans identifying objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements for inbound demand generation activities including lead magnets, webinars, videos, SEO, paid advertising and website content
  • SEO optimization to increase organic traffic through targeted keywords
  • Drive testing and optimization of channels and measure overall effectiveness of campaigns
  • Oversee cost per lead and ROI analysis with a primary goal to control and reduce cost per conversion and cost per acquisition/lead
  • Lead website enhancements to drive traffic and engage visitors
  • Develop marketing plans and oversee program implementation/analysis with minimal direction
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence teammates (outside of direct reporting structures) to deliver quality work on-time
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors and suppliers
  • Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and criteria to inform and direct agency work and creative development for effective execution of marketing programs and objectives
  • Interpret business results, metrics and research to create accurate analytics and determine financial attractiveness of new growth areas
  • Identify segment data needs and communicate areas of opportunity to data analytics partners
  • Assess untapped opportunities in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g. product adjacencies, merchandise categories, new channels or distribution)

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in B2B marketing, or business communications

Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):

  • WordPress and LeadPages experience
  • Experience developing/implementing/measuring SEO & SEM strategies
  • Create and manage retargeting campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (certification a plus)
  • Salesforce and Pardot (preferred) experience
  • Develop and measure the effectiveness of email nurturing campaigns
  • Build and manage lead scoring programs to identify marketing qualified leads
  • Ability to apply basic marketing functions and concepts (e.g. digital marketing, brand positioning, market research, SWOT Analysis, competitive assessment, customer segmentation)
  • Think creatively to develop sound recommendations and solutions to achieve strategic business goals through analytics, analysis and intuition
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player who is a self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
