  • Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction -
  • Provides functional leadership and expertise in a variety of Oracle EBS R12 application areas including Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Inventory -
  • Designs and develops creative and unique solutions to enhance the usability and efficiency of the solution implemented at Harris CS -
  • Works closely with the other functional and technical team members to determine feasibility and cost of proposed solutions -
  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership of the Oracle EBS applications for Oracle implementation projects and enhancement requests -
  • Provides strong functional knowledge and leadership using implementation methodology through all phases of an implementation project including: Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Training, Support -
  • Help define the strategic direction of the EBS Application within the segment in both -
  • Ability to troubleshoot and drive issue resolution with Oracle Applications -
  • Ability to recommend, develop and document effective, value-add processes and procedures that ensure consistency and compliance -
  • Work is guided by individual annual goals and objectives with minimal oversight or direction -
  • Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches -
  • Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products Qualifications:
    • BS in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and 9 years of prior relevant work experience, or MS Management Information Systems, Information Technology,
    • Engineering or related field and 7 years of prior relevant work experience -
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility within the Planning and Manufacturing domains -
    • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience in various organizations implementing and supporting Oracle Applications

      Preferred Additional Skills: -
      • Knowledge of EBS General Ledger and Purchasing Modules
      • Ability to work with and collaborate with all levels of business users within the organization -
