If youre as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning & Development to join our KPMG Business School (KBS) organization.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain key relationships with local firm Learning & Development (L&D) leaders in the U.S., Central and South America, and related Americas business partners (e.g., IT, HR Technology)Evolve and implement central operational process models to support both interim and long-term learning design, delivery, and compliance/reporting requirementsLead and manage cross-functional teams to identify and validate regional and local firm business requirements for driving the Americas learning technology infrastructure roadmapDesign and evolve a KBS cross-firm learning governance model and strategic objectives in partnership with local firm L&D leaders and stakeholdersEstablish a community of practice for sharing cross-functional portfolio curriculums and learning processes to establish unified approaches for learning consistency, quality, and efficiency in collaboration with local firm L&D partnersCreate training integration plans in collaboration with local L&D teams for including cross-firm participation and/or repurposing high-profile U.S. program contentQualifications:Minimum ten years of diverse learning & development experience; preferably from a professional services organization or highly regulated environmentBachelors degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferredDemonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills with ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner and develop trust and influence as a thought leader with a broad relationship base; Experience managing cross-functional teams, offshore and contract resourcesStrong result orientation with a demonstrated ability to oversee practical, solution-driven initiatives and L&D processes that are perceived as quickly adding value to the businessFamiliarity with localization/translation processes for learning modalities; regional/global learning process, solution and implementation experience is a plus; Portuguese and Spanish language fluency is a plusAbility to travel up to 20% (including international travel)KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
