A large Kforce client in the Allentown, PA area is looking to bring on a Data and Innovation Lead to their team. With this role they will be doing virtual interviews and starting work from home. They are looking for candidates with a strong audit experience as well as some data analysis. The client will offer relocation assistance with this role. This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to an office environment when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. The key duties and responsibilities of the Data & Innovation Lead- Internal Audit are noted below; Other duties may be performed which are not mentioned below in addition specific responsibilities may change as priorities change:
  • Lead and execute Internal Audit's data analytic program and innovation efforts in support of Internal Audit's strategic goals and departmental workstreams
  • Design, develop and implement process policies and a governance framework to enable and facilitate continuous use of data analysis and innovated related efforts
  • Identify, design, implement and execute use cases and pilots for process automation, data analytics, and visualizations in all phases of the department's audit process, advisory engagements, and ad-hoc projects
  • Oversee and manage the department's suite of related software tools and licenses; This is includes ensuring that the department is following the company's corporate IT policies
  • Build a strategic position with company business and IT leaders to ensure Internal Audit receives access to the source data information needed and ensuring that the department understands the data relationships to the business processes
  • Create & lead trainings and ongoing developmental communications to prepare all internal audit team members globally to effectively utilize audit/analytical software tools, automation processes, and visualizations in addition to fostering innovation and increasing the use of data and innovation efforts for all phases of the audit

Job Requirements:


  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
