Kairos Investment Management Company is seeking an Analyst who will play an active role in supporting the Investor Relations team. The Analyst must be a career-oriented team-player with a positive and proactive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. There will be a client facing component to this role once the Analyst has proven their ability to take ownership of the following responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the review and organization of subscription documentation and investor forms
  • Manage and own CRM, including client onboarding, fundraising campaigns, and fund materials
  • Create and collaborate with accounting and investment teams to distribute capital account statements, capital calls, distribution notices, tax documents, quarterly reports, annual disclosures
  • Prepare and distribute investor correspondence across all funds through CRM-based mail merge
  • Complete and/or delegate ad hoc investor, custodian, and wealth manager requests
  • Update and maintain marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations and other documents
  • Document signature management and electronic maintenance of all related documents
  • Work with internal and external compliance teams to ensure investor communication is compliant
  • Assist in event coordination for current and potential investors, including planning and set up, initial outreach, follow-up, coordinating schedules, event management, and gifts
  • Develop an understanding of how investors and wealth mangers operate to better service them
  • Maintain investor portal and troubleshoot with users

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience at an investment management, asset management, wealth management, investment consulting, or financial services firm
  • Must be adaptable, committed, and team-oriented, with flexibility to work long hours at times
  • Microsoft Office user
