Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting position for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has a high energy level, presentation skills, and can work independently, to work with a digital insurance company.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the growth of the company and marketing initiatives for product expansion scheduled in 2020. This is an excellent position for a motivated, quick learner. The position will be working independently and reporting out to upper management.
What experience we are looking for:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience writing blogs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Business presence and professional demeanor
- Demonstrable managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords and mass email platforms
- WordPress and Photoshop
What you the Digital Marketing Specialist does:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database
- Plan and manage Social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights via google analytics
- Create demo videos using video editor
- Write 10-15 industry blogs per week
- Bring innovative ideas to marketing collateral and UX
- Plan, execute and measure A/B testing for the website
- Oversee interns to obtain market partner research and create landing pages.
- Schedule and take notes, summarize marketing meetings
- Administrative duties as requested by marketing lead and other department heads.
- Attend conferences to speak with and present to potential partners
- Liaison between company and agencies and other vendor partners
