Our Medicare Certified Hospice Agency is seeking a full time Business Development Representative for the Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. This candidate must be organized, analytical, team-focused, individually responsible and looking to be part of our growing company. As a proven Marketer, you will be responsible for business growth and development in your territory, as well as assisting patients in navigating through the health care maze.
The right candidate will be responsible for generating referrals for home care by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, along with other community resources. Some other responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
  • Visit and develop relationships with referral sources
  • Attend networking events
  • Develop creative marketing techniques
  • Build a referral stream to meet and exceed census objectives
  • Work closely with admissions coordinator to maintain census goals

Job Requirements

  • Active and qualified book of business required
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
  • Prior sales/marketing experience in the health care industry, preferably in hospice
  • Persistent determination and positive attitude with commitment to excellence
  • Demonstrated integrity, sincerity and initiative
  • Strong knowledge of local healthcare market
