Position Description:
Works forty hours per week between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.; exact hours to be determined by the Business Manager. Answer and direct all incoming calls assuring compliance with the Penn Home IT and JCAHO policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years medical office experience.

Additional Information:
Skill Requirements: Work well under pressure, exercise independent judgment, problem solving, and strong decision making skills. Must have the ability to plan and organize diversified duties in a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Initiative and judgment is needed in determining priorities on a daily basis. Must have the ability to assess problems and make appropriate resolutions.
