As a member of the Company Research Institute, the Global Workplace Research Lead will be responsible for leading all global Workplace Surveys and will drive continued development and practitioner application of our proprietary workplace diagnostic tools used on client projects, including Company s Workplace Performance Index (WPI) survey tool. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams that include researchers, designers, strategists and consultants to generate new insights and knowledge that drive innovation and reinforces Company s position as a premier workplace thought leader.What You Will DoDevelop knowledge and insights that are differentiated in the marketplace and can be used by practitioners across the firm to drive value and influence workplace decision-makingLead the creation of Company s ongoing Workplace Survey research series, including the yearly US Workplace Survey and additional global surveys to be conducted each year in partnership with senior leaders from various Company officesLead the creation of additional presentations, white papers, reports and collateral to position Company as a workplace thought leader to gain visibility among key decision-makers and influencersBuild relationships with external partners and workplace leaders across the globeLeverage Company data and insights to generate new knowledge and drive innovative design strategies and solutionsGuide a team in data collection and analysis; team consists of researchers, data scientists, architects, designers, economists, planners working from both within the Institute as well as from offices around the firmWork closely with Work Sector leaders, practitioners and Client Relationship leaders to advise on workplace strategies and to reinforce application of research findings on design projectsMonitor workplace and market trendsYour QualificationsTen plus years of experience grounded in workplace thought leadership, innovation and researchBachelor s degree in design, architecture or related field requiredHighly collaborative with the ability to inspire and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams across the globeExperience working with clients and achieving actionable deliverablesExperience working directly with CEOs and executive leadershipOutstanding writing and presentation skillsExperience working virtually with global, distributed teams * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
