Position Summary:

What ifthere was a better option for patients who need dialysis? The Home TherapiesBusiness is a dynamic mission-driven organization disrupting and transformingthe renal marketplace. This presents opportunities rich in scope, challenge andpersonal fulfillment. Reporting to the VP of Home Marketing, this position willcoordinate and support patient advocate program for PD and HHD.

The Patient Advocate Program is designed to enable current and formerhome dialysis patients share their experiences and stories with prospectivehome patients. This is a uniqueopportunity to join a mission-driven, dedicated Home Marketing team and tointerface with a group of thriving kidney patients passionate about helpingother patients improve their lives with home therapies.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: providinglogistical, communication support, contract tracking, travel and expensemanagement to all patient advocates.


Supports Home Marketing team administrative tasksassociated with Patient Advocates / field speakers:

oProcesses expensereports for Home Marketing Patient Advocates

oArranges andcoordinates travel for Home Marketing Patient Advocates

oSupports PatientAdvocate contract-related tasks and associated Engagement Forms

oAssists with administrativetasks involved in on-boarding new patient advocates

    Bachelor s Degree


  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Pointapplications

    SalesForce CRM experience or demonstrated ability tolearn CRM software

    Ability to work under tight schedules and multi-task

    Demonstrated customer service attitude

    Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solvingskills

    Proven ability to work as a team player who fosterscollaboration

    Self-motivated with minimum supervision

    Strong attention to detail and quality.
