Job descriptionFranchiseHelp is looking for a highly ambitious, experienced Paid Media & Growth Marketing Specialist ready to take their career to the next level and have direct impact on the P/L of a thriving business successfully attacking a large market. You will work closely with the CEO, Product and Sales Team to build and operate a data-driven approach to growing our audience through paid media channels, especially Facebook and Google Ads, email & SMS marketing, SEO and content marketing. Not only will you grow and flex your marketing muscle, but you will also get real product exposure and have direct influence on product direction.

Key Responsibilities:Build an audience of interested franchisees by creating and implementing effective desktop and mobile campaigns across a number of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and othersManage Google Ads Search and Display campaigns, including audience targeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copy writing and landing page testing and optimization.Manage Facebook Ads, including audience targeting, copy writing and asset productionEmail and SMS marketing and management to our audience over 100K+Manage campaign budgets & adjust bids to optimize campaign ROI.Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Report KPIs to management on a weekly and monthly basis.Keep pace and report on SEM and PPC industry trends and developments.Gather competitive intelligence, including research on competitor keywords, ad copy and landing pages
About You: Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad Manager.You're ready to accelerate your career and want to be in a growing organization where your efforts make a major difference. We all think we're pretty funny over here.Experience managing multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.Experience working with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.Excellence in written and verbal communication and strong copy writing skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.High attention to detail.Excellent time management and planning skills.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Must Haves:2+ years of relevant experience in paid channelsBachelors Degree or higher is required
A Plus:Google Ads and/or Google Analytics CertificationSEO skills: on-page, off-page and technical SEOExperience managing LinkedIn, Twitter and other paid media besides Google Ads/FacebookExperience in franchise industryB2B experienceSolid understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and their potential impact on PPCFamiliar with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce reporting tools.
