The Digital MarketingCommunications Strategist will lead global digital marketing communicationinitiatives for Dymax. Act as a digital champion to strengthen brand awareness,drive engagement and conversions across digital channels. Effectively promoteDymax and its products through development and curation of thoughtful contentthat engages audiences, improves conversion rates in the markets and regions inwhich we operate. This dynamic role is expected to actively contribute to theglobal strategic digital direction. Work collaboratively with global marketingcommunications team and business development.
Manageall digital channels (web properties, social media channels and others), keepcontent updated, relevant and engaging.
Manageonline lead generation initiatives through organic and paid Search EngineOptimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter,Facebook).
Workclosely with marcom team and outside creative agencies to develop optimizedcontent that builds meaningful connections and encourages digital community totake action
Inconjunction with Senior Web Specialist create, adapt and optimize Dymax digitalfootprint for SEO best practices and keyword search.
Utilizebasic HTML skills to create web content, landing pages, and email marketing
Work within the Content Management System (CMS), social mediatools and related web applications to publish new and updated content for webproperties.
Serve as the primary point of contact for LinkedIn SalesNavigator program, provide coaching on best practices and offer support toensure harmonized messaging/use of tools.
Proactively develop standards, processes and best practicesfor content creation, distribution and re-purposing into new tools.
Integrated Marketing Communications
Developand execute integrated digital marcom campaigns based on competitive research,benchmarking, audience identification
Alignwith global marketing communications team and business development to ensurecohesive messaging across all tools
Maintainprocess documents/work instructions where applicable
Manageall trade shows and work closely with vendors to support objectives
Analytics and Reporting
Generatesstandardize monthly reporting for all digital activities for strategic analysisand internal business review using Google Analytics and other tools
Workwith management to establish and monitor marcom KPIs
Measureimpact and engagement using website reporting and analytic tools
Identifymeaningful trends and offer recommendations for improvement
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Five years of industrial B2B digital marketing
Hands-onexperience using standard digital tools such as content management systems,digital asset management tools, social media platforms and analytic tools.
Strongknowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices for search engineoptimization (SEO), user experience, mobile optimization and social mediaplatforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced in using Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Google TagManager, Google Search Console and comparable tools
Experiencedin collaborating with design agencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in German, French or Spanish considered an asset
Passionfor continuous learning to keep up with evolving digital trends
Creative,data-driven mindset with strong analytic skills
Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Ability to manage change and anticipate, communication and resolveissues
