DealCloud is seeking a product marketing professional to help evangelize the DealCloud platform and deepen engagement with each client. This person will report to the Director of Marketing, and will work closely with DealCloud s Marketing and Product teams to demonstrate value and differentiation while driving customer interest and sales.

DealCloud is revolutionizing the private capital markets around the world with data, transparency, great product and sophisticated service. We ve already made huge strides, but we re just getting started. The target market for DealCloud is the dynamic and growing Private Capital Market (Private Equity, Direct Lending, Real Estate, Venture/Growth, FOF and Institutional Investors, Investment Banks and Corporate Development arms of the Fortune 1000).

What You ll Do
  • Become an expert for product content and product feature availability
  • Support client onboarding initiatives and increase user adoption
    • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success and the Director of Account Management to devise email marketing campaigns that accelerate onboarding and overall user adoption
    • Liaise with Training team to increase registrations for training sessions
    • Create one-pagers and other documentation that showcase best practices and lesser-known use cases
  • Entice existing clients to migrate legacy platforms to more updated versions of DealCloud
  • Promote/advertise the DealCloud Platform Manager Certification and DealCloud University
  • Regularly write and publish DealCloud.blog content that showcases unique use cases and valuable best practices
  • Host webinars for clients and prospects that promote strong data governance and management, highlight DealCloud s data partners, etc.
  • Support Product team in quarterly product release and roadmap communication
    • Communicate product marketing strategy and plans to sales and account management teams
  • Contribute to referral marketing program
    • Develop and nurture customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies, and develop champions
What You ll Need
  • Minimum of 2 years product and/or marketing experience
  • Proven experience in the creation and development of marketing strategy, positioning and messaging
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with others at all levels of the organization
  • Skilled communicator with desire and or history of thought leadership/evangelism
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong technical know-how, and high level of initiative, creativity and flexibility
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, startup culture, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
