This position in the Client Engagement Marketing Insights team will be responsible for driving market research that will be used to develop marketing and communications strategy and recommendations for our health plan clients. This individual will lead and assist in various market research studies conducted with vendor partners and ensure successful execution of fieldwork. Upon completion this individual will review the vendor data and reports, then synthesize the information into client presentations that deliver unique insights and will fuel marketing insights to help clients achieve objectives. This individual will proactively seek to understand client needs through internal conversations with GSCE team and sales account executives, as well as monitor industry trends to identify research needs based on client business objectives. In addition to research, this individual will assist the client engagement team and other internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs that support client needs. These can include but are not limited to acquisition activities in digital and direct mail to grow client member base; communication copywriting and program execution support to influence current member behavior and participating in brainstorming critical thinking activities to provide solutions to client business challenges. Were looking for a marketer with demonstrated success in market research and marketing program development, who has experience collaborating with internal teams, managing outside vendors and can help identify, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our clients goals. You will serve as a subject matter expert for market research presentations and insight development and be a valued contributor to the Client Engagement team. Required Qualifications Broad understanding of marketing functions and use of market research to support and develop effective marketing programs. Proven experience managing market research campaigns. This includes working with external vendors and internal stakeholders, creating research briefs, selecting appropriate research methodology and techniques, designing screeners and questionnaires and working with project managers to oversee fieldwork planning. Excellent analytical capabilities and demonstrated experience interpreting data and synthesizing it to drive insights and planning. Ability to leverage primary and secondary research to develop fact-based business case studies. Proven experience developing client presentations that communicate effectively to executive level and client constituents and deliver actionable insights. Able to work with creative personalities and flexibility to work through challenges in navigating organizational changes and approval processes with multiple constituents who have influence on programs, including legal, brand compliance, functional business areas, operations etc. Strong written communication skills for creating professional, client engaging presentations and proposals. Project management experience; comfortable managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and collaboration are keys to success. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to provide careful execution across multiple marketing channels and clients. Experience working with internal departments, as well as outside agencies to provide strategic direction and feedback to ensure that requirements are met. Team-oriented attitude and with ability to communicate and manage expectations of team members and leaders. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work independently with limited supervision. Candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented in a process-driven environment.
