The Senior Communications & Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing & Communications team and leadership in overall coordination and management of all local written internal communications for Cushman & Wakefield s Tri-State Region. This candidate will also support digital marketing needs within the Tri-State Region. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, strong project manager, creative thinker and comfortable working across all levels of the organization. They will also have an aptitude for managing digital marketing platforms and projects. This individual will partner with the Communications Director and Senior Marketing Manager on all internal communications, and ensure messaging is clear and consistent with overall business objectives, culture and values. The position will work directly with the Tri-State Leadership Team, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Operations, sales executives, and the Americas Communications Team.Job DescriptionEssential duties and responsibilitiesEnsure consistency, quality and usage of best practices in internal communications, leveraging traditional and digital media channelsWrite internal communications on behalf of the Tri-State Leadership TeamDevelop content and manage internal distribution via the 12 internal communication channels supported in the Tri-State RegionWork with the Tri-State Public Relations Team to collect and summarize newsworthy C&W transactions, broker awards and special recognitions, as well as amplify news-related trends internallyWork with the Tri-State Research Team to educate brokers on the firm s insightsSupport all aspects of Tri-State Town Halls including speechwriting, creation of visually enticing PowerPoint presentations and speaker preparationProvide support for internal learning events in conjunction with the Events, Learning & Development, HR & Marketing teams, through management of content, speaker prep, and internal promotion Manage content creation for regular newsletters, monthly recap videos, and digital office screensProvide change management communications supportMaintain changes on the Cushman & Wakefield intranet site, and write/manage intranet editorial content for the RegionMaintain website updates on internal and external websitesSupport brokers and leadership team members with social media, providing social media education and best practicesDevelop social media posts for leadership members when neededSupport employees with bio updates for company websiteDevelop and maintain and report on metrics that improve the efficiency of Marcomm efforts and demonstrate valueBACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCEBachelor s Degree required4-6 years of Marketing or Communications experience, ideally with internal/employee communications and digital marketing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Email Management ToolsExperience with Sitecore, Sharepoint and Weebly preferredIdeal candidate would have Marketing and Communications experience in the Commercial Real Estate industryCompetenciesExceptional written communication skillsStrong digital marketing skills with the ability to quickly and effectively learn digital marketing platforms and programsAdvanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skillsExceptional project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in achieving successful outcomes on all activities, ability to exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to learn digital platforms and systemsAbility to identify and successfully resolve problems with minimal directionComfortable providing guidance and feedback to senior executivesOrganized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
