ResponsibilitiesPlanning and hands-on execution of in vivo liver experiments using mice, as well as proof of mechanism, and proof of concept studiesPlanning and hand-on execution of ex vivo and in vitro assays for downstream molecular biology and biochemistry analysisGather, analyze and present experimental data under the direction of the Research ScientistMaintain laboratory and animal facility records, equipment and rooms, as required
QualificationsBS or MS in biology or related discipline and 2+ years of relevant research experienceExperienced in rodent handling and husbandryProficient in survival and non-survival protocols as well as cell/drug delivery routes (IV, IP, SC. IM, OG)Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentScientifically rigorous, highly organized with significant attention to detail
Preferred QualificationsExperience with mammalian cell culture techniques, molecular and cellular biology techniquesKnowledge of liver biology
