Position Overview: Senior Associate, Strategy and Research You will be an integral member of a team that works for global CPG and retail brands that you know and love. Our team works on multiple projects and accounts concurrently which means our ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and have a willingness to step in wherever needed. You are open-minded and ideally an excellent sense of humor In this role, you will need to navigate ambiguity and ask ALL of the questions to unlock amazing insights! Project Management Actively participate in all aspects of the research process proposal development, research design, analysis, and reporting Focus on execution as well as timeliness, so that our projects exceed client expectations but are also on-time and on budget Lead by example and contribute positively to our culture Research Skills Contribute to the development of research design and proposals, using and building on your knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies Identify insights and implications from the research findings based on your understanding of the business needs Collaborate in brainstorming and working sessions that translate these insights into the inspiring and impactful client deliverables About you Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree preferably in marketing, advertising, psychology, statistics or business 2+ years of prior experience working in consulting: management consulting, market research, brand agency, ad agency, comms agency Impeccable communications skills, both verbal and written Open to occasional travel, including international travel Wired to have fun and work hard with a great team of like-minded people!
