Marketing Coordinator

  • Markets product by developing and implementing marketing and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Researches and develops social media campaigns (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.,) and possible community outreach.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns (Google ads) by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Tracks sales data, creates and updates promotional materials and tools, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares reports.
  • Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expenses, and new business data.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating email lists.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor s or Associates degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 - 3+ years of marketing experience required
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in the educational or governmental fields.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivated.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Hired or internship marketing experience preferred.
  • Marketing research and reporting experience.
  • Ability to report research results.
