We have created a completely new and integral role that is focused on the day to day execution of Crowdtap recruitment and retention campaigns.You will be responsible for keeping our trains running schedule and gathering data to measure results.


Specially, you will be responsible for:

?Build and develop email and socialcommunications to our prospect and customer base including monthly newsletters and product launches.

?Set up campaigns and test plans to maximize conversions and ROI; continuously optimize campaigns and lead nurturing journeys. Tasks include, but are not limited to: campaign scheduling, list segmentation, workflow development, tracking, and reporting.

?Assist in developing and maintaining marketing automation processes, procedures, SLAs, programs, technical processes, and workflows.

?Report on KPIs and campaign performance. Manage prospect and member databases, maintain data hygiene and integrity, list uploads, target segmentation, and touch cadences.

?Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and CASL regulations.

?Serve as subject matter expert on our systems and data flows, seek out industry best practices, and proactively incorporate relevant ideas to drive efficiencies across the business

?Continue to build and grow our value-based culture that encourages innovation and collaboration


You should come prepared with:

?BA in communications, marketing or anything else that would make us say, "hmmm that's interesting."

?2+ years in consumer marketing.

?Amazing writing and verbal communication skills.

?Project management experience, with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to hit deadlines.

?The ability to be proactive.

?Experience working independently, with fellow team members, and with freelancers.

?Hard working multi-tasker skills and the willingness to handle urgent matters on off-hours when necessary.
