ArborCrowd is seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to plan and drive our data roadmap and to manage our data ecosystem, practices and orchestration.This is a key role in the organization, responsible for managing data integrity, data flow, practices and reporting throughout the organization. This role will be a vital source of analysis -- surfacing reports, insights and opportunities across all customer touchpoints. The candidate must be strategic and experienced in management of customer data, and able to analyze and identify improved report structure, data model, and new views of customer data to achieve business goals. This role will work in collaboration with Marketing, Investor Relations and other key executives to ensure that all internal practices have access to relevant data. As a fast growth organization with a high touch product, data governance is critical to our business.This role will manage our data hygiene, data model, data prioritization, and must bring best practices to these efforts. The Data and Analytics Lead is a hands-on role and will manage our CRM in full and also manage data flow around our Marketing Automation platform, and all other sources of data moving in and out of our ecosystem. This role requires strategic approach to data management and an insatiable curiosity about data, reporting, insights and customer behavior.As many of our practices are, this is a practice of one initially, and will scale as the company scales. Responsibilities. The Data and Analytics Lead will have the following responsibilities and goals, including but not limited to:. Own the Data Roadmap and manage and continuously improve (make more effective) our CRM platform, Data Bible, Data Flow, and Data Model. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and gather diverse data needs across verticals and to integrate to optimize effective measurement and reporting. Maintain and evolve reporting across business, marketing, investor relations, asset management, acquisitions, UX/Technology. Identify opportunities ahead of campaign architecture to both optimize testing opportunities and data collection/reporting lead identification and scoring. Identify opportunities for creation of new reporting and streamlining of existing reporting creating, where appropriate, automated dashboard and reports.Persistently and continuously evolve this framework to include new types of engagements and activations. Ensure security, recovery, continuity and documentation of ArborCrowd Data. Govern ArborCrowds data, CRM platform [Zoho currently], and all related and required processes to provide clean and organized data to the organization. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects while fielding ad hoc requests. Working In A Startup Team. As a startup, ArborCrowd employees have an all hands on deck approach to our work, and working together in collaboration is a key to our success. Qualifications:. Education: Bachelors Degree required with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related concentration is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years-experience in a Data and Analytics role, with a focus on Customer growth and customer insights. Previous experience in financial services, real-estate, professional services or similar B2B space preferred. Experience with an industry standard CRM (Salesforce, Zoho or equivalent) required. Additional data and analytics platform knowledge strongly preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:. Deep experience in managing a CRM practice (Salesforce or Zoho or equivalent). Experience orchestrating effective measurement and reporting across Acquisition, Lead Qualification and Lead Scoring, Campaign metrics. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze data and use that data to develop an understanding of consumer behavior. Experience preparing reports that are appropriate for senior level audiences. Strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use that data to develop an understanding of consumer behavior. Experience tracking Marketing Automation Insights and Data. Meticulous attention to detail building in mechanisms to ensure zero defects. Experiences reporting on Marketing Automation via Salesforce or Eloqua. Tireless desire to expand knowledge base and skill set. Zoho and Eloqua experience a strong plus. Google Analytics and SEO experience a plus. GTM and AdWords experience a plus.
