ANALYST, MEDIA INSIGHTS Overview Modco Media, a full-service media agency, is seeking the expertise of Digital Marketing focused Analyst. As a Media Insights Analyst at Modco, you will support client onboarding, strategic measurement planning and marketing reporting development that will help continue the expansion of our agency s reporting & insights capabilities. Your goal is for you to discover and help the media team discover data insights that lead to an integrated marketing strategy. Specialties : Digital Marketing Strategy, Data Analysis Ideal Candidate Traits: Collaborative Team Player, Self-Driven, Attention to Detail, Reliable Responsibilities: Work closely with the Senior Analyst and Media teams to learn all aspects of our agency s and clients reporting needs Support the agency s data infrastructure by building and maintaining databases/dashboards used to analyze marketing campaigns Support the Media team s campaign optimization across all media channels by conducting analysis and providing insights Support Media team s strategy by providing post-campaign analysis to assist in future campaigns Work with Senior Analyst to develop training and educational resources including: o Learning resources that support the improvement of reporting analysis through data storytelling o Supporting team members on reporting tools o Client facing guides to help empower them to utilize media reporting as self-service reporting and analysis Research analytics and media-related platforms to formulate in-depth POVs Support Senior Analyst and Media Directors in the expansion and rollout of our reporting & insights capabilities to support the agency s analytics roadmap Weekly Check-ins with Senior Analyst to provide insight into progress, timelines & roadblocks for designated and self-assigned projects Organizational Relationship: Position Reports to Director, Media Insights Qualification & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Discipline-Specific Skills: 2+ years of experience in the areas of marketing data analysis, marketing campaign strategy & implementation 2+ years of experience using the following: o BI Reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) o Site analytics (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics) o Digital Ad Serving (i.e. DoubleClick, etc.) Excellent attention to detail Media Agency Experience preferred Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Solid track record of providing media performance insights preferred Experience with advertising, customer and research data sets preferred Proven project management and presentation skills are required Excellent writing communication skills * The salary listed in the header is an estimate based on salary data for similar jobs in the same area.
