Position Summary
The Sr. Benefits Analyst supports the thorough and accurate administration, design and communication of benefits programs and activities in accordance with CKE policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Serves as the point of contact for benefits, wellness, and leave of absence questions.
Monitor benefits shared mailbox and online enrollment system to assist employees, managers and vendors with all benefits inquiries
Will assist Benefits Manager with the day-to-day administration of all company benefit programs, such as group health and welfare plans, life and disability insurance, and retirement for all CKE employees.
Administers and maintains all benefit enrollments within online enrollment system(s) to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information (e.g. process enrollments & changes, audits, etc.).
Understands and interprets benefits laws including, but not limited to FMLA, COBRA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, etc., while also ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Oversees compliance and proper documentation of leaves and accommodations in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the timely distribution of required forms and communications, tracking of all leaves, and administration of the ADA interactive process.

?Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in HR/Benefits or related field
Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership through actionable recommendations
Must be proficient/advanced in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Word mail merge functions and detailed Microsoft Excel formulas are essential.
Experience with HR databases is a plus; the ability to adapt quickly to technology changes is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated intellectual curiosity and desire to dig into the details to solve problems
