The Senior Business Analyst on the Sales Performance Management (SPM) Information Shared Services team is responsible for delivering one or more of the following services for the SPM team:
+ Business Ownership, Support, and Readiness of SPM tools and systems implemented for incentive administration, workforce management, goal allocation, & BI platforms
+ Data Strategy & Architecture Partnerships - Collaborate with teams in the Technology Services Organization and Enterprise Data Organization on development and implementation of data asset roadmap, data assets, and sourcing new data for the purposes of Incentives & Sales Performance Management
+ Strategic Project Advisory - Engage in strategic initiatives to ensure that the information needs for the purposes of Incentives & Sales Performance are discovered and realized.
+ Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word
+ Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate
+ Technical understanding - demonstrated ability/understanding of databases, ETL tools, BI and database query tools including SQL, Oracle, DB2, Netezza, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI etc.
+ Strong understanding of big data and data lakes
+ Strong oral communication skills & executive presence
+ Strong written communication skills including PowerPoint skills with an ability to translate complex concepts into meaningful \"stories\"
+ Ability to act as internal consultant, building relationships with partners, understanding requirements
+ Ability to derive insights from complex data sets including basic statistical techniques, control plans, correlations
+ Ability to translate complex data with visualization tools and techniques for the business understanding
+ Service Level Management - ability to manage competing priorities while meeting negotiated SLAs
+ Program management - Demonstrated ability to execute in large change initiatives
+ 2+ years experience with Incentive Compensation Management Systems (Motivator, NICE, IBM ICM, Callidus etc.)
+ 5+ years of financial services experience overall - broad-based financial services experience in variety of customer facing leadership and technical roles
+ 5+ years working in business analysis or similar work (including requirements development), technical delivery, or large scale change initiatives
+ Relevant recognized formal qualification in Business Analysis is desirable but not essential
+ Agile Kanban
+ 5+ years experience in customer facing front-line role and/or roles supporting front-line
+ 5+ years experience with IBM Incentive Compensation Management System (Formely known as Varicent)
+ Atleryx certification
+ AWS certification
+ Bachelor's Degree required
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
