Workday Data Analysis & Reporting Administrator Plano, TX Kelly Services is currently seeking a Workday Data Analysis & Reporting Administrator for one of our top automotive clients in Plano, TX. This is a 5 month contract through Kelly Services (possibility of extension). Apply now for consideration! Summary: This position will require flexibility, adaptability, and intermediate to advanced experience utilizing Workday, Excel and/or Access. The desired candidate should be deadline driven, work well under pressure, possess a strong customer service mindset, and have the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization, both inside and outside of HR. Responsibilities:

  • Create/Run reports in Workday to monitor for data discrepancies
  • Create/Modify dashboards in Workday
  • Troubleshoot/Problem solve when data is missing/inaccurate
  • Key confidential information into HR systems as needed to maintain data accuracy
  • Explain the critical need of this information and bring it to the attention of Senior Manager if the information is not received
  • Act with a sense of urgency, being mindful of last-minute requests. Time management is key to get the correct information in a timely manner
  • Monitoring the Workday HR system for missing/inaccurate data, performing data audits, creating complex reports and dashboards, and assisting where needed with the conversion of data into Workday.

Requirements:

  • Experience using and maintaining Workday HR system
  • Experience writing complex custom reports in Workday
  • Experience creating complex dashboards in Workday
  • Minimum 4 years of applicable experience in HR, Workforce or Talent Analytics
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience configuring, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Strong working knowledge of computer sciences and applications/software
  • Ability to formulate and present recommendations regarding functional and technical solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, or reduce operating expenses
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate
  • Experience using and maintaining PeopleSoft HR system
