Research Associate
Duration = Six months from start date
Typical Daily Work Hours = 8am to 5pm (some flexibility in start/end times) 40 Hrs/Week
Weekend & OT work = Required that candidates be open to this

The Research Associate will assist in the development and execution of critical raw material testing at Juno to support of Process Development and clinical manufacturing. The position will require experimental planning and execution, data analysis, authoring technical reports, and presentation of results. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Cell culture Aseptic technique experience mammalian cells or primary T-Cells
Experience writing and executing process development experimental plans and technical reports
Experience with JMP or R for statistical analysis, experimental design, and presentation of experimental results
Experience with aseptic processing of mammalian or primary cell culture in biological safety cabinet
Knowledge of or familiarity with flow cytometry

Education Requirements and Basic Qualifications:
B.S. in Chemical/Biological Engineering, Immunology, Biology or relevant scientific discipline with 0-2 years of biotechnology or cell therapy industry experience
Strong scientific or technical writing skills
Excellent documentation and data management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize work across multiple projects
