Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical/CPG manufacturer, is currently seeking a Marketing Project Managerfor a 9-month contract with the strong potential to extend. The position is located in New York, New York. ?   • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $40.00-$44.00 Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Manual collection of reports from websites, and format/upload file into a system used to validate Medicaid claims no prior skills required.

  • Advance/intermediate excel skills is a must.

  • Work closely with our team and business partners to ensure accurate and timely uploads and analysis for disputes

  • Perform additional administrative duties including running reports and working with team on use of Robotic process

  • Follow Medicaid Disputes Operational Guidelines, SOPs and WIS, to ensure completeness and accuracy of payments

  • Provide critical analysis of data utilizing various sources of data


  • A minimum of a Bachelor s degree is preferred

  • A minimum of 2 years of overall business experience is required

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data is required

  • Experience with contracting systems is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

  • Advance/intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookups and macros is required

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is required

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail while meeting strict deadlines is required
