Marketing/Community Awareness Specialist Kelly Services has an opening for a direct hire Marketing/Community Awareness Specialist role in Enyon, PA. In this role you will utilize your Nursing experience along with sales and relationship building measures to create relationships within Hospital/Clinical settings. Job Duties
Establishing & maintaining professional relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities and health care decision makers through on-going education and deployment of successful sales strategies.
Developing, implementing and monitoring a strategic marketing plan to ensure the realization of budget/census projections.
Planning and implementation of community awareness activities designed to create brand awareness as well as a reputation as a provider of quality patient focused services. Minimum Requirements:
RN OR LPN (PA licensed)
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
Marketing/sales experience in a health care related field (drug sales, hospice liaison, home health marketer, etc.)
Valid driver s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel
This full time, salaried position offers a monthly bonus for exceeding census projections. Excellent benefit package (mileage reimbursement, PDO; paid holidays; health insurance/w dental & vision; life/disability insurance; Simple IRA).Occasional evening and/or weekend hours for special events.
