Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst in Houston Texas. Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, evaluate and report data (financial, operational, performance, etc.) on business improvement initiatives;
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external clients at all levels of staff and management;
Development, analysis and delivery of change initiatives aimed at optimizing the value of the IM Team's business processes;
Compile, analyze and produce meaningful reports to provide performance measures for the team;
Monitors results in relation to plans, develops reports on findings, and consults with clients to develop recommendations on strategic plans, operational plans and priorities based upon results analysis to improve the overall effectiveness of the operation.
Conduct research and participate in the development of materials/programs to support inspection and construction management resources;
Analyzing and processing complex data sets using querying, visualization and analytics tools.
Extracting, interpreting and analyzing data to identify key metrics and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information.
Ability to research, analyze and synthesize multi-source data and produce clear and precise outputs, reports and recommendations;
Demonstrated ability to perform under tight deadlines with multiple priorities;
MUST have experience moving electronic data from multiple systems to one new system. They are moving the data to OpenText.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently to a variety of audiences at various levels of the organization;
Ability to deal with ambiguity and is sensitive to confidential material.
Successful completion of a University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Information Management or related field;
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
Understands significant use of IS systems for data retrieval, and analysis techniques an asset. Kelly Temporary Employee Perks:
