WHO YOU ARE An experienced marketer who is motivated by numbers and likes to have awesome coworkers. You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or extensive experience in email marketing. You enjoy chasing aggressive revenue goals, writing emails and like to collaborate on campaign initiatives with your peers. You don?t limit your work to one arena and are open to learning/assisting in marketing activities beyond the scope of email marketing. Our marketing team produces quality content and campaigns targeted to healthcare and medical professionals who are looking to pass their board exams and advance their careers. You will have ownership over the strategy and execution in nurturing the relationship with the customer. You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing including social, content, affiliate and event marketing. You?ll work very closely with the world?s best marketing team to develop new campaign ideas across different channels. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute all BoardVitals email marketing with strategic inputs. Own the Hubspot instance with segmented campaigns for various healthcare professionals. Lead the email marketing channel, including promotional, engagement and transactional emails. You would also have control over the deployment schedule. Make suggestions for new ideas and strategies to assist in our meeting revenue goals. Generate compelling content targeted to doctors and nurses with clear calls to action Craft compelling copy and subject lines and work with the creative team to build rich emails that achieve high open and click-through rates. Optimize conversion rates and never stop testing. Explore new ways to engage with our audiences. Collaborate with the design, product, development and customer support teams to produce effective campaigns. Constant feedback is critical for success. Manage and maintain triggered drip workflows for different medical specialties, re-engagement campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and more. Maintain and update data points that sync from our e-commerce platform into Hubspot. Report on data analysis of tests and apply findings and best practices across email processes. Create forms, landing pages and triggered campaigns within Hubspot Create direct mail postcards and deploy them in a timely manner. Although your primary focus will be email marketing, you will be expected to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks across marketing. REQUIREMENTS BA/ BS required 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a marketing automation platform Hands-on experience using Hubspot is a big plus Strong interest in email marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while learning to prioritize through multiple responsibilities. Well versed with G-Suite Experience or knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience using Excel, you don?t need to be an expert. Experience in Adobe Photoshop is a plus
