Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting a Sr. Manager of Global Marketing Initiatives. This position is based in Brea, CA.

As Sr. Manager of Global Marketing Initiatives, you will be responsible for partnering with global and regional colleagues in the development, support, and coordination of Beckman Coulters commercial strategies.

In partnership with leaders from Business Units, Regional Commercial, and Global Marketing teams, you will work across functions to build shared knowledge and processes. You will support the development of new product launch implementation strategies to drive revenue, maximize competitive wins, and improve customer retention in both the Developed and High-Growth markets.

You will also be a part of the Global Strategy and Marketing Initiatives team, working in close daily collaboration with the Business and Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence associates and work streams.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordination and facilitation of commercialization activities across multiple geographies, including market segmentation, new healthcare and industry trends identification and market visibility programs, supporting organizational alignment, best-in-class practices and standard work.
  • Support of regional commercial teams in Europe, LATAM and High-Growth Markets (including China) in the development and implementation of New Product Launch go-to market strategies and sales campaigns to maximize revenue achievement.
  • In partnership with Business Units and Market Access, Health Economic and Policy teams to create, validate and deploy health-economic analysis and tools to drive the value of Beckman Coulter products and laboratory medicine in healthcare continuum.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field with 14+ years of experience or Masters degree with 12+ years of experience or Doctoral degree with 9+ years of experience.
  • Combination of Strategic and Downstream Marketing experience, detailed understanding of healthcare landscape, regulatory, reimbursement and operational practices both in US and international markets.
  • Solid command of financial planning and reporting, as well as of Marketing techniques and methodologies.
  • Superior project management skills and demonstrated ability to operate independently in the rapidly-changing environments with high degree of ambiguity.
  • Excellence in interpersonal communications and influencing, experience in execution of global projects and working across multiple cultures and time zones.
