Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, an operating company of Danaher Corporation, is recruiting a Regional Marketing Commercial Coordinator. This position is based in Brea, CA.

In this role, you will develop and execute various Commercial Marketing Programs; ensuring that our key channels of communication are being utilized and tracking followership. This includes developing and execute the regional social media campaign as well as planning and managing various key events with our Thought Leaders and Key Customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute marketing and sales collateral and content, both physical and digital, needed for sales support and outbound campaigns; ensure materials are aligned to brand and are compliant to appropriate approval processes.
  • Execute the creation of collateral and communications programs for the launch of new products and solutions.
  • Establish and monitor relevant metrics and analytics to ensure outbound communications programs are delivering impact across marketing channels and regions.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of communications projects (campaigns, launches, and tradeshows) and the production and management of North American marketing programs
  • Work cross functionally to help drive projects through the process and to their completion
  • Support the communication of all North America regional marketings internal messages through company newsletters, written materials, presentations and ensure Beckman Coulter brand consistency throughout
  • Facilitate the management and tracking of qualified leads and customer touchpoints and determine campaign effectiveness through marketing analytics
  • Follow and be an advocate for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Brand.
Qualifications, Skills and Traits for success in the job:
  • Bachelors degree in field (marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field)
  • 2+ years experience in marketing communications, branding, campaign execution, and digital / physical content development, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Experience working in an agency or in a matrixed global organization is preferred
  • Experience working in the scientific industry (healthcare, IVD, Medical Device, Life Science, or other scientific industry) and with the Danaher Business System is preferred
  • Quantifiable experience with digital marketingespecially SEO and SEM and social media is preferred
  • Proficient writing, grammar and editing skills
  • Skilled communicator, excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Able to perform well in a fast based, metrics driven environment and excellent attention to detail as well as being able to manage multiple projects that vary in complexity
  • High energy, self-starter with bias for action and sense of urgency
  • Technically proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
