Associate Experiential Marketing Manager
Overview Assist in developing and executing in-store events and experiences that inspire customers, driving sales and traffic, creating brand equity and reinforcing a sense of community. Assist in developing external events to engage the target audience whether influencers, press or customers. Support the creation of the events program and calendar by building upon our strategic marketing approach to customer experience, aligning with brand priorities and initiatives. Develop understanding of the customer profile and stores to deliver the most compelling events.
Responsibilities Assist with the development of events and experiences, from brainstorming the vision to sourcing vendors, ensuring there is alignment with brand initiatives Act as liaison to the field team and cross-functional partners (campaign marketing team, PR, social, digital marketing, visual, art team, web design, copy, store operations) to ensure flawless event execution Build strong relationships with external vendors and identify new vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences for the customer Hindsight events/experiences by analyzing field recaps, pulling EDW sales data and synthesizing all information into a succinct report with comprehensive assessment of the event Manage the Anthro Events inbox, fielding inquiries and sharing with the appropriate teams for consideration and follow-up Create and track event RSVPs for all experiences and activations Manage vendor invoicing, accounting payment requests and budget tracking Assist with influencer outreach and communication for all in-store events and experiences, including, but not limited to, contract negotiation and outfitting Provide process-oriented solutions with particular attention to detail, allowing more time for strategy and event execution Explore ways to increase event marketing, aligning with 360 campaigns where possible, particularly in partnership with PR and in digital and social channels Ensure all events and experiences are on brand and one-of-a-kind with flawless execution Prioritize projects to maximize productivity and deliver projects on time and on budget Oversee administrative tasks supporting events, including mail pack timing and ad/hoc art team assistance
Skills 2-3 years expertise in marketing with a strong focus on experiential/events Experience with retail required; field experience a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with partners Fluency in retail metrics and KPIs Strong writing skills Program experience: MS Office Suite, Splash or other RSVP system a plus
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
Willingness to travel to stores throughout US on occasion
